I have learnt so much from Growing the Nations Therapy Programmes about working in and with context, rather than just trying to get a job done. The team's commitment to building the country, within its own systems and on its own terms, is borne out in the smallest details of the work, and I have learn SO much through watching this happen. It takes enormous patience, wisdom, humility, integrity and insight to keep doing this, and I've worked with enough NGO's to know how difficult and how rare this is.
